My name is Yura Okamoto and I run a little goat farm that happens to be called, well, “Little Goat Farm” – some of us are not very good at naming things…
That’s me on the left there, by the way.
We are located next to Lake Kizaki in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The farm is, in fact, small – usually around ten goats, although during the birthing season we can get up to twenty kids as well.

Want to visit the farm?

Our goats are friendly, the view is superb, there is a big trampoline for kids (human ones) and we can usually serve some goat milk to those who make it all the way here. You can also try our cheese and buy some if you like it. Just make sure you contact us beforehand so there is someone around to welcome you.

Make sure you don’t miss our donation box – all proceeds go to goat feed.
Pay when you leave depending on your mood, condition of your wallet, moon phase, or whatever informs your everyday decisions.
At least 2000 yen per adult, 1000 yen per child is expected, and anything above that earns you lifelong gratitude of me and the goats – if you feel like getting rid of a wad of bills, don’t deny yourself (and us) the pleasure.
